What’s in scope

Tools agents drive: command-line tools, MCP servers and the APIs behind them, such as gh, wrangler and playwright. We keep a change when it would alter what an agent does next.

Out of scope: coding agents themselves, package managers and language toolchains. Their changes mostly matter when upgrading, and an agent can read the upgrade notes then. See which tools we scan.

The score

Each change has a score from 0 to 1: how sure our review is that it belongs here. Sort by it, or hide changes below 0.90, 0.95 or 0.98. It does not check that a change is correct or matters to your task.

Limits

Coverage is selective. An empty result does not mean nothing changed; see which tools are covered.
A cutoff date filters the list. It cannot tell you what a model knows.
Check the installed version and the linked source before acting on a change.
