HOW TO USE IT
When debugging browser behavior, start HAR capture before exercising the page, then stop it and save the capture to a file. HAR output uses version 1.2.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v0.21.0
- network har start (required): Starts HAR recording.
- network har stop [output.har] (required): Stops recording and saves the HAR; the output path is optional in current command reference.
- output.har: Destination path for the saved HAR file.
- Exports use HAR 1.2 format.
