HOW TO USE IT
When a sync window should let an in-progress sync continue across its boundary, enable sync overrun for that project window. The sync window ID is required; list the project's windows to find it.
argocd proj windows enable-sync-overrun <PROJECT> <ID>argocd proj windows disable-sync-overrun <PROJECT> <ID>argocd proj windows list <PROJECT>WHY THIS HELPS
Allow an in-progress sync to finish across a project sync window boundary.

- Version: v3.5.0
- PROJECT (required): Project containing the sync window.
- ID (required): Sync window ID; find it with `argocd proj windows list PROJECT`.
