REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 2.84.0
- --name (-n) (required): Name of the new web app; alphanumeric characters and hyphens only, cannot start or end with a hyphen, and under 64 characters.
- --plan (-p) (required): App Service plan name or resource ID.
- --resource-group (-g) (required): Resource group name.
- --min-tls-version: Minimum TLS version required for SSL requests; documented examples: 1.0, 1.1, 1.2.
