browser_find accepts maxResults
Introduced 2026-10-31 · score 0.97
HOW TO USE IT
When searching the current page snapshot for a common term, pass `text` and a positive `maxResults` to `browser_find` to limit returned matches while retaining context and the total match count.
browser_find { text: "<term>", maxResults: 5 }WHY THIS HELPS
Search a page for a common term without returning every matching item.
BEFORE THIS CHANGE
Call `browser_find` without `maxResults` to return all matches.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v0.0.84
- text: Case-insensitive substring to search; provide exactly one of `text` or `regex`.
- maxResults: Positive integer maximum matching items returned; omission returns all matches.
- `maxResults` must be a positive integer.
