HOW TO USE IT
When an actor has exactly one connection for the provider, revoke it with `doctl harness-runtime connections revoke --actor <actor-id>`.

Revoke an agent connection associated with an actor through doctl.
BEFORE THIS CHANGE
Revoke by connection ID; finding an actor’s connection required listing connections by actor and copying its ID.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v2.2.0
- --actor <actor-id>: Select connection by actor instead of connection ID.
- --provider <provider>: External provider; defaults to `github`.
