• Requires `billing:read`.
• The corresponding API endpoints are live in production.
• Docs conflict: Current CLI reference documents `doctl prepayment config` and `doctl prepayment status`; it does not document the card’s trailing `get` verbs. Since the reference is generated from doctl v1.180.0, after the card’s v1.169.0, the documented command forms may reflect a later interface.
