HOW TO USE IT
When you need to suspend a Cloud Composer environment, run the hibernate command; run resume when you need the environment again.

Hibernate a Cloud Composer environment and resume it when needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Availability: Beta track.
- ENVIRONMENT (required): Environment ID or fully qualified identifier. The project must also be specified, by the identifier, --project, or core/project.
- --location=LOCATION: Region where the environment runs; provide it if not included in the fully qualified identifier or composer/location property.
- --async: Return immediately without waiting for the operation to complete.
