HOW TO USE IT
When configuring a hub’s Private Service Connect exports, use the published-services/regional-Google-APIs flag, the global-Google-APIs flag, or both with `gcloud beta network-connectivity hubs create` or `update`.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Availability: beta
- <HUB> (required): Hub ID or fully qualified hub identifier.
- --export-psc-published-services-and-regional-google-apis: Enable propagation of Private Service Connect endpoints for published services and regional Google APIs. On update, `--no-export-psc-published-services-and-regional-google-apis` disables it. On create, this flag may be specified with the global-APIs flag, but not with `--export-psc`.
- --export-psc-global-google-apis: Enable propagation of Private Service Connect endpoints for global Google APIs. On update, `--no-export-psc-global-google-apis` disables it. On create, this flag may be specified with the published-services/regional-APIs flag, but not with `--export-psc`.
- Hub create permission (required): The documented IAM permission for creating a hub is `networkconnectivity.hubs.create`.
- Hub update permission (required): The documented IAM permission for updating a hub is `networkconnectivity.hubs.update`.
- Network Connectivity API (required): Enable the Network Connectivity API before performing NCC tasks.
- Prerequisite: Enable the Network Connectivity API.
- Prerequisite: For create, have `networkconnectivity.hubs.create`; for update, have `networkconnectivity.hubs.update`.
