HOW TO USE IT

When creating a transport attached to an NCC hub, use `--hub` and optionally `--auto-accept` and `--psc-routing-enabled`; `--network` is optional in the current reference. Provide either an activation key or the bandwidth, remote account ID, and remote profile required to generate one.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

• TRANSPORT (required): Transport ID or fully qualified identifier.
• --activation-key (required): Use this or the key-generation arguments; the reference requires exactly one of these alternatives.
• --bandwidth (required): For key generation, provide with `--remote-account-id` and `--remote-profile`; must be supported by the remote profile.
• --remote-account-id (required): For key generation, account ID at the remote provider; required with the other key-generation arguments.
• --remote-profile (required): For key generation, remote transport profile; required with the other key-generation arguments.
• --network: VPC network to peer with the provider; the hub option is an alternative to this network option.
• --hub: Hub to attach the transport to; used in the NCC hub option instead of `--network`.
• --auto-accept: Whether to auto-accept spoke proposals for this transport.
• --psc-routing-enabled: Whether to create a VPC spoke for PSC routing over the transport.
• The `--network` flag is optional.
• Docs conflict: The current reference, last updated 2026-06-16, lists `--network` and the `--hub` option as mutually exclusive alternatives; this conflicts with the card's statement that `--network` is optional. The reference does not say that both may be omitted.
