• --blocked-by <numbers|URLs>: On create, mark the new issue as blocked by the specified issues.
• --add-blocking <number|URL>: Add a blocking relationship by issue number or URL.
• --json <fields>: Output selected JSON fields; `issueType`, `parent`, `subIssues`, `blockedBy`, and `blocking` are available on `view` and `list`.
