HOW TO USE IT
When querying or setting multi-select issue fields, use the `IssueFieldMultiSelect` and `IssueFieldMultiSelectValue` types. Select the field’s `options`, read a value’s `options` or `value`, and pass `multiSelectOptionIds` when creating or updating a field value.

- IssueFieldMultiSelectValue.options: Options selected for the issue field value.
- IssueFieldMultiSelectValue.value: Comma-separated names of the selected options.
- IssueFieldCreateOrUpdateInput.fieldId (required): ID of the issue field.
- IssueFieldCreateOrUpdateInput.multiSelectOptionIds: IDs of the selected options for a multi-select field.
- CreateIssueFieldValueInput.issueId (required): ID of the issue.
- CreateIssueFieldValueInput.issueField (required): Issue field value to create; takes `IssueFieldCreateOrUpdateInput`.
