HOW TO USE IT
When setting issue field values, call `Mutation.setIssueFieldValue` with the issue’s node ID and an `issueFields` list. For a text field, include its field ID and `textValue`.

Set one or more issue field values through the GitHub GraphQL API.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- input.issueId (required): Node ID of the issue whose field value to set.
- input.issueFields (required): List of issue fields to set; each item uses `IssueFieldCreateOrUpdateInput`.
- input.clientMutationId: Unique identifier for the client performing the mutation.
- issueFields[].fieldId (required): ID of the issue field.
- issueFields[].dateValue: Date value for a date field.
- issueFields[].delete: Set to true to delete the field value.
- issueFields[].multiSelectOptionIds: IDs of selected options for a multi-select field.
- issueFields[].numberValue: Numeric value for a number field.
- issueFields[].rationale: Optional rationale for the selected value; maximum 280 characters.
- issueFields[].singleSelectOptionId: ID of the selected option for a single-select field.
- issueFields[].suggest: If true, store as a pending suggestion for human review instead of applying directly.
- issueFields[].textValue: Text value for a text field.
- Prerequisite: The token must have the scopes or permissions required for the requested resource; GitHub’s GraphQL guide says requirements depend on the requested data but does not specify a mutation permission for this operation.
- Prerequisite: The actor needs triage access or greater to the repository to set and edit issue field values.
- `issueId` and `issueFields` are required inputs.
