HOW TO USE IT
When you need to unpin an issue comment, call `Mutation.unpinIssueComment` with its required comment node ID. The mutation returns the unpinned `issueComment`; comment pinning is not supported on pull requests.

Unpin an issue comment through the GitHub GraphQL API.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- input (required): `UnpinIssueCommentInput!` for the mutation.
- issueCommentId (required): `ID!`; node ID of the issue comment to unpin. Comment pinning is not supported on pull requests.
- clientMutationId: `String`; unique identifier for the client performing the mutation.
- issueComment: Return field containing the issue comment that was unpinned.
- `issueCommentId` is a required input.
