HOW TO USE IT

When configuring project work for a repository, create a GitHub ProjectsV2 project with `projects_write` using `create_project`, then add its iteration field with `create_iteration_field`.   • project_number (required): Existing project number for `create_iteration_field`; omit for `create_project`.
