HOW TO USE IT

When you need to filter a repository’s issues by creation or update date, run `glab issue list` with the matching date flag and an RFC 3339 timestamp.

glab issue list --created-after 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z -R <owner>/<repo>
glab issue list --created-before 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z -R <owner>/<repo>
glab issue list --updated-after 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z -R <owner>/<repo>

  • --created-after <time>: Filter issues created after a date; use an RFC 3339 timestamp.
  • --created-before <time>: Filter issues created before a date; use an RFC 3339 timestamp.
  • --updated-after <time>: Filter issues updated after a date; use an RFC 3339 timestamp.
  • --updated-before <time>: Filter issues updated before a date; use an RFC 3339 timestamp.
  • -R, --repo <repository>: Select another repository using OWNER/REPO or GROUP/NAMESPACE/REPO; the full URL or Git URL is also accepted.
