Go Automation API refresh accepts --import-pending-creates
Introduced 2026-07-14 · score 0.93
HOW TO USE IT
When a Go Automation API refresh needs to resolve pending creates, pass `optrefresh.ImportPendingCreates` to `Stack.PreviewRefresh` or `Stack.Refresh`, mapping each resource URN to its provider-assigned physical ID.
result, err := stack.PreviewRefresh(ctx, optrefresh.ImportPendingCreates([]optrefresh.PendingCreate{{URN: "<resource-urn>", ID: "<provider-id>"}}))result, err := stack.Refresh(ctx, optrefresh.ImportPendingCreates([]optrefresh.PendingCreate{{URN: "<resource-urn>", ID: "<provider-id>"}}))WHY THIS HELPS
When previewing or running a refresh through the Go Automation API, pass the pending-creates import option when needed.
