When a scheduled Job needs to run before its next scheduled time, run `hf jobs scheduled trigger` with its ID. This triggers it immediately without changing its schedule.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v1.22.0
- SCHEDULED_JOB_ID (required): Scheduled Job ID; use `namespace/scheduled_job_id` when specifying a namespace in the ID.
- --namespace TEXT: Namespace where the Job runs; defaults to the current user's namespace.
- --token TEXT: User Access Token.
