HOW TO USE IT

When narrowing a Hub model listing by provider, pipeline tag, gated status, or app support, run `hf models ls` with the matching filters.

hf models ls --inference-provider <provider>
hf models ls --pipeline-tag <task> --gated
hf models ls --apps <app>

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

  • Version: v1.23.0
  • --inference-provider <provider>: Filters models served by the specified inference provider; the docs list allowed provider values.
  • --pipeline-tag <task>: Filters by pipeline tag (canonical task), such as `summarization`.
  • --gated / --no-gated: Selects gated models only (`--gated`) or non-gated models only (`--no-gated`). These are alternatives.
  • --apps <app>: Filters by app or apps that can run the model; may be repeated.
  • Prerequisite: The release note identifies these filters as added in v1.23.0; use that version or later.
