HOW TO USE IT
When listing load tests for a Grafana Cloud k6 project, run `k6 cloud test list`; select the project with `--project-id` or configured project settings. Add `--json` for a JSON array; otherwise the command prints a human-readable table.

List load tests for a Grafana Cloud k6 project.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v2.1.0
- --project-id <project-id>: Project ID to list tests for; takes precedence over the configured project.
- K6_CLOUD_PROJECT_ID / cloud config `projectID`: Selects the project when `--project-id` is not provided.
- configured stack default project: Used when neither the flag nor configured project resolves; populated by `k6 cloud login`.
- --json: Output the test list as a JSON array; without it, output is a human-readable table.
- Prerequisite: Authenticate and configure a stack with `k6 cloud login`, or set `K6_CLOUD_TOKEN` and `K6_CLOUD_STACK_ID`; every `k6 cloud` subcommand requires an API token and configured stack.
