HOW TO USE IT
When running `netlify dev` with additional paths to exclude from watching, pass them with `--watch-ignore`. The CLI also ignores `publishDir` by default when it differs from `projectDir`.

Run the Netlify development server for a repository with additional paths that should not be watched.
