HOW TO USE IT
When tests in a file or group access a shared resource that cannot be used concurrently, add a named lock with `test.describe.configure({ lock: 'user-settings' });`. Tests sharing that lock will not run at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v1.64.0
- lock: A string or array of strings naming locks; tests sharing a lock name do not run concurrently. Repeated `test.describe.configure()` calls add locks without removing existing ones.
- Prerequisite: Use Playwright Test v1.64.0 or later; the release note introduces the `lock` option in that version.
