HOW TO USE IT

When configuring a project for Codex, run `railway mcp install --remote` to install Railway’s remote MCP configuration. The v4.50.0 release also adds GitHub Copilot and Factory Droid as detected agent targets.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

• Version: v4.50.0
• --remote: Selects the remote MCP configuration for the install command.
• Prerequisite: Authenticate with `railway login` before using the CLI.
• Docs conflict: Current Railway MCP documentation describes `--remote` as a compatibility alias for the default CLI connection to mcp.railway.com; it says the direct HTTP endpoint is selected with `--oauth`. This current documentation may describe behavior newer than v4.50.0.
