HOW TO USE IT
When setting a service’s replica counts by region, run `railway scale` with at least one `REGION=REPLICAS` assignment. For example, `railway scale eu-west=2 us-east=1` sets two replicas in EU West and one in US East.
railway scale eu-west=2 us-east=1railway scale --service <SERVICE> --environment <ENV> eu-west=2 us-east=1WHY THIS HELPS
When changing a service’s region scaling in Railway, set its region counts from the CLI.
