railway tcp-proxy manages public TCP proxies

HOW TO USE IT
When managing a service’s public TCP proxies, use `railway tcp-proxy` with `list`, `create`, `status`, or `delete`; only one proxy is allowed per service instance. For create, specify the application port; if the proxy does not become active, redeploy the service and check its status.
railway tcp-proxy list --service <service> --project <project> --environment <environment> --jsonrailway tcp-proxy create --port <application-port> --service <service>railway tcp-proxy delete <proxy-id-or-domain-or-endpoint-or-port> --service <service> --yesWHY THIS HELPS
Manage public TCP proxies for a Railway service from the CLI or local CLI MCP server.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: v5.15.0
- --service <SERVICE>: Service name or ID.
- --environment <ENVIRONMENT>: Environment to use.
- --project <PROJECT_ID>: Project ID to use.
- --json: Output in JSON format.
- --port <PORT> (required): Application port to expose through the TCP proxy.
- <PROXY> (required): For status/delete: proxy ID, domain, endpoint, proxy port, or application port.
- --yes: For delete, skip confirmation.
- Prerequisite: Only one TCP proxy is allowed per service instance.
- Prerequisite: The CLI must be installed; docs list Homebrew, npm, Scoop, and pre-built binaries. npm installation requires Node.js 16 or higher.
- Railway enforces a one-TCP-proxy-per-service-instance constraint before mutation.
- Committed creates are verified through the TCP proxy query with a short retry loop to tolerate read-after-write lag.
- Docs conflict: The current official CLI docs list `status` and `delete` subcommands, not the card’s `get` and `remove` names; these docs are on main and may describe a newer version than v5.15.0.
- Docs conflict: Current official CLI docs do not document local MCP tools `list_tcp_proxies`, `create_tcp_proxy`, `get_tcp_proxy`, or `remove_tcp_proxy`.
