HOW TO USE IT
When an invoice or subscription uses `collection_method=send_invoice`, set `payment_settings.payment_method_types` to include `alipay`. For an existing object, update that setting on the Invoice or Subscription.

Configure an invoice or subscription to accept Alipay when collecting payment by sending an invoice.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- collection_method: Use `send_invoice` for Alipay; for subscriptions, `days_until_due` is also valid only with this collection method.
- payment_settings.payment_method_types: List of payment method types to provide to the invoice’s PaymentIntent. Include `alipay`.
- payment_settings.payment_method_types[]: Array entry containing the payment method type; set an entry to `alipay`. Sub-key details and whether this conflicts with other payment settings were not found in the accessible current-version docs.
- Prerequisite: Creating a subscription requires an existing customer and price; the documented create request also requires subscription items. `days_until_due` applies when collection method is `send_invoice`.
- Prerequisite: Stripe’s Alipay guide says to enable Alipay in the Dashboard. Business eligibility restrictions apply; recurring payments require approval.
- For both Invoice and Subscription objects, `alipay` is only supported when `collection_method` is `send_invoice`.
