HOW TO USE IT
When creating v2 Payout Method credentials, include the required `currency` value. For GB bank accounts, use `sort_code` and `account_number` for GBP, or `iban` for non-GBP; use one Payout Method per accepted currency.

Update an integration that creates v2 Payout Methods to accept payouts in a specified currency, including for GB bank accounts.
BEFORE THIS CHANGE
Previously, v2 Payout Methods could receive payouts only in the bank account's local currency (or USD for US-issued debit cards).
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 2026-03-25.preview
- Availability: Preview API version 2026-03-25.preview.
- currency (required): Currency of the bank account; specify the payout currency.
- sort_code: GB bank account sort code; release note says required for GBP accounts.
- account_number: GB bank account number; release note says required for GBP accounts.
- iban: IBAN for a GB bank account; release note says use for non-GBP currencies.
- supported_currencies: Response array listing currencies supported by the GB bank account.
- Prerequisite: Authenticate with a Stripe secret key and send the `Stripe-Version: 2026-03-25.preview` header, as shown in the versioned endpoint example.
- Each Payout Method supports only one currency; create a separate object for each supported currency.
- v2 money movement flows such as OutboundPayments, OutboundTransfers, and InboundTransfers don't support multicurrency PayoutMethods; use them only with PayoutMethods set up with the local currency.
- For GB Bank Accounts, include either only `iban` or both `sort_code` and `account_number`, depending on the currency.
- The `supported_currencies` property is a single-element array containing the currency specified in `currency`.
- Creating v2 Payout Method credentials without `currency` will fail.
