HOW TO USE IT
When creating an AI Gateway API key, run `vercel ai-gateway api-keys create`; add `--budget` and optionally `--refresh-period` to set an optional quota. Save the returned key immediately, because it cannot be retrieved again.

REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 51.2.1
- --name <NAME>: Human-readable API key name.
- --budget <AMOUNT>: Quota budget in dollars; minimum 1.
- --refresh-period <PERIOD>: Quota refresh cadence: `daily`, `weekly`, `monthly`, or `none`; default is `none`.
- Prerequisite: Install Vercel CLI and authenticate before performing administrative tasks. The key is created under the current CLI scope.
- Quota limits are optional.
