vercel connex list defaults to current-project clients

HOW TO USE IT
When a Vercel project is linked, run `vercel connex list` to list its Connex clients. Use `--all-projects` to list team clients; without a linked project, the command uses that team-wide view and includes a `Projects` column that can end in `+ more`.
vercel connex listvercel connex list --all-projectsWHY THIS HELPS
List the Connex clients associated with the linked Vercel project.
BEFORE THIS CHANGE
`vercel connex list` listed every Connex client in the team by default.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 53.3.0
- --all-projects: Force team-wide listing; `Projects` indicates linked project names and may show `+ more` when truncated.
- Prerequisite: For team-wide listing, select the team whose Connex clients to list.
- Prerequisite: Connex must be enabled for the team; otherwise the command reports that it is not enabled and advises contacting support.
- With no project linked, the command lists every Connex client in the team.
- The `Projects` column may truncate linked project names and show a `+ more` suffix.
