HOW TO USE IT
When inspecting flags for a linked project, run `vercel flags datafile` to summarize variants, rule and target counts, and environment reuse. Choose an environment with `--environment`, use `--sdk-key` for SDK key authentication, or add `--json` for JSON output.
vercel flags datafile --environment <development|preview|production> --jsonvercel flags datafile --sdk-keyWHY THIS HELPS
Inspect flag variants, rules, targets, and environment reuse for a linked project.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 65.1.0
- --environment: Selects development, preview, or production.
- --sdk-key: Uses an SDK key for authentication; the key is read from stdin or a masked prompt.
- --json: Outputs a JSON document.
- Prerequisite: Requires a linked project. Feature is listed in Vercel CLI 65.1.0 release notes.
- The summary covers the variants each flag can serve, its rule and target counts, and the environment it reuses.
- Preview and production use the CLI user token.
- Development requests a project OIDC token and uses the user token if no OIDC token is available.
- SDK key authentication reads from stdin or a masked prompt so the key never appears in argv.
