vercel project members remove removes a project member
Introduced 2026-08-22 · score 0.96
HOW TO USE IT
When removing a collaborator from a Vercel project, run `vercel project members remove <project> <member>`; `<member>` accepts an email, username, or user ID. The currently published CLI docs say removal prompts for confirmation and has no skip flag; this conflicts with the release note’s `--yes` behavior.
vercel project members remove <project> <member>WHY THIS HELPS
Remove a collaborator from the Vercel project associated with a repository.
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- Version: 59.4.0
- <project> (required): Project name or ID.
- <member> (required): Member email address, username, or user ID.
- Prerequisite: Vercel CLI requires login and authentication to access resources or perform administrative tasks.
- Identity resolution uses the project members listing.
- Docs conflict: Current CLI docs (last updated September 1, 2026) say `remove` asks for confirmation and has no flag to skip it; the release note says `--yes` skips confirmation. The current docs may describe behavior newer than version 59.4.0.
