When deleting a KV namespace by name, run `wrangler kv namespace delete <NAMESPACE>` with the namespace name as the positional argument.

- --skip-confirmation: Skip confirmation; alias `--y`, default false.
- The existing `--namespace-id` and `--binding` flags continue to work as before.
